Our Standard Rate Package – £38.00 p/h
Nova Health also accepts Long-Term Care (LTC) Standard Rate Placements where appropriate. Where a package is approved and funded as a Standard Placement under the Approved Provider Framework, charges will be applied in accordance with the prevailing LTC standard hourly rate.
Nova Core provides safe, consistent and person-centred support for individuals whose needs can be met through a structured domiciliary care model.
The service is underpinned by strong governance, care planning and professional oversight, ensuring support is delivered safely and in accordance with Jersey Care Commission standards.
 
Nova Core may include:
• Personal care and support with daily living activities
• Medication support and routine management
• Mobility assistance and community access
• Support with maintaining independence
• Care planning and regular review
• Liaison with family members and professionals where required
 
This service is suitable for individuals requiring reliable ongoing support within a structured care framework.
Our Therapy-Led Support Package – £46.00 p/h
Nova Integrated is a therapy-led support model designed for individuals with more complex needs who benefit from enhanced clinical oversight and rehabilitation-focused support.
 
This service is particularly suited to individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, behavioural support needs, complex disabilities, autism, or those requiring active rehabilitation within the community.
 
Nova Integrated may include:
 
• Implementation of structured rehabilitation and therapy-led programmes
• Behavioural support and proactive risk management
• Enhanced clinical oversight and support planning
• Multidisciplinary team liaison and coordination
• Support with vocational, educational and community goals
• Development of routines to promote independence and functional ability
• Regular review and adaptation of support strategies in response to changing needs

Our Bespoke Support Package – individual pricing following assessment
Nova Specialist is designed for individuals whose needs fall outside the scope of our standard service models and require a bespoke package of support.
 
This may include:
 
• Complex risk management and safeguarding arrangements
• Enhanced staffing models and bespoke support structures
• Highly specialised support requirements
• Crisis prevention and stabilisation
• Specialist behavioural or environmental support strategies
• Packages requiring significant governance oversight or specialist expertise
 
Each Nova Specialist package is individually assessed and priced according to the level of support required.
Sleep-In Support
Charged at the agreed sleep-in rate specified within the individual service agreement.
Waking Night Support
Charged at the applicable hourly rate according to the service level provided.
Two-to-One Support
Charged at the applicable hourly rate for each member of staff required.
Mileage
Nova Health includes up to 217 miles per month (equivalent to 50 miles per week) when travelling with a client as part of their support package. Additional mileage is charged at £0.60 per mile.
Please note that final package costs will depend on an individual’s assessed needs, staffing requirements, risk profile and level of clinical oversight required.
