We provide training and consultation to assist care managers in developing and implementing tailored supervision arrangements, supporting the safe management of complex clients within the community.
All home care packages are supervised by our team of therapists who collectively have decades of experience dealing with a variety of complex presentations that impact on health and behaviours.
This allows us to create a truly person-centred package which is then delivered by our highly trained and skilled carers.
At Nova we aim to help people to live at home as independently as possible feeling safe, happy and empowered. Our carers will help to create a calm therapeutic environment and implement routines to assist structure and add meaning to daily life.
Through careful care planning, we support our client to carry out the daily living tasks that are important and meaningful to them. Agreed goals and therapy opportunities are carefully embedded into routines which are monitored using the latest technology in care recording software.
